I am a Depth Psychologist and Dream Work Practitioner with a lifelong passion for dream work. I hold a Master of Arts in Depth Psychology specializing in Jungian and Archetypal studies and am currently a Ph.D. candidate. I am a certified counselor in Washington State and may only work within Washington.

My depth psychological approach incorporates principles of somatic psychology, art therapy, ecopsychology, imaginal therapy, psychomythology, mindfulness, and other modalities to provide comprehensive support. Each session is individualized, and I believe in meeting the psyche on its own terms. This process cannot be rushed or generalized. Every client receives personalized attention and care. My previous work includes experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), clinical practice (community mental health), non-profit organization and promotion, and memory care.

I strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all clients, drawing on my understanding and sensitivity to the experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals, people of color, those with disabilities, and other marginalized communities. I welcome individuals of all creeds and beliefs and am committed to continually learning and growing in my awareness and competence to better support all clients.

I only offer virtual services at the moment, but I intend to expand my options in the near future. I do not accept insurance, but your insurance provider may reimburse you.
